Model of the year 2006 Jamie Thomas

Jamie Thomas was crowned Miss International Bikini-USA, September, 2006 in St. Pete Beach. Jamie Thomas, a Texas girl (although, as the daughter of an Army officer, she moved back and forth between Germany and Texas when she was young), is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Management. While in college, she studied abroad for a summer in Germany and describes it as one of her favorite adventures. These days, Jamie works for a benefits consulting firm in Houston and tries to find time to model whenever she can. She tells us, ‘Modeling is such a fun, wonderful break from my computer screen and Excel spreadsheets. I love the variety and the people I get to work with on shoots’. When she is not working, you can find Jamie spending time with her husband, family and friends. “Most weekends in the summer, you’ll find us somewhere around a pool, listening to good music and having a great time!” Living in Texas , she loves to take advantage of the weather and tries to hit the links as often as possible. Her hobbies also include running (she has completed a couple of half marathons), working out and playing with her overgrown Labrador Retrievers. Jamie has appeared in several calendars, including as the cover model for Totally Texas in 2005. She has also done promotional work for Dodge and the Bud Light-Maxim Exposure tour. “I am so excited and honored to be named Miss Bikini USA 2007. I look forward to an incredibly exciting year!
